"From Trauma to Triumph – Step by Step”, scheduled for May 24, 2026. This 5km walk-a-thon event is a collaborative initiative between CARI-ON SVG and Black Mental Health Canada (BMHC), at Ashbridges Bay - Martin Goodman Trail, Toronto.

Our primary goal is to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce the stigma associated with them. We aim to promote physical activity as a means to improve mental well-being and foster a sense of community and belonging. By encouraging community members to participate in the walk-a-thon, we aim to build stronger connections and a deeper sense of belonging in our communities.

At CARI-ON SVG Disaster Preparedness and Black Mental Health Canada, we know that change starts with people like you. Every act of kindness, every dollar, and every moment of your time brings us closer to achieving our mission. Together, we can create a brighter, more compassionate world for all.
