FROM TRAUMA TO TRIUMPH - STEP BY STEP - 5KM WALK-A-THON
From Trauma to Triumph – Step by Step" is a 5km walk-a-thon on May 24, 2026, at Ashbridges Bay – Martin Goodman Trail, Toronto, in collaboration with CARI-ON SVG and Black Mental Health Canada (BMHC).
The walk aims to raise mental health awareness, reduce stigma, promote physical activity, and strengthen community connection and belonging.
