FROM TRAUMA TO TRIUMPH - STEP BY STEP - 5KM WALK-A-THON

β€œFrom Trauma to Triumph – Step by Step” is a 5km walk-a-thon taking place on May 24, 2026, at Ashbridges Bay – Martin Goodman Trail, Toronto. This event is a collaboration between CARI-ON SVG and Black Mental Health Canada (BMHC).

The walk aims to raise awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, promote physical activity, and strengthen community connection and belonging.

At CARI-ON SVG Disaster Preparedness and Black Mental Health Canada, we believe change starts with people like you. Every act of kindness, every dollar, and every moment of your time helps move our mission forward.
